The Balance Festival collision workout stage, in partnership with BRITA, brings together a myriad of disciplines through the ultimate fusion of techniques. Think martial arts vs ashtanga, bootcamp vs barre set to the immersive tracks of a live DJ bringing the energy and intensity with a mash-up of beats, and led by some of London’s greatest fitness influencers in an extraordinary collaboration, these workouts will push the boundaries of movement as we know it.
 
The Main Stage is powered by the new BRITA fill&go Active bottle. Everyone taking part in the collision-style sessions will be given a reusable filter bottle to stay hydrated throughout the workout. Get ready for a ground-breaking fitness experience.

ZANNA VAN DIJK VS SHONA VERTUE
A little bit of all the good stuff – from breath, core, cardio, glutes and meditation – this all-encompassing session led by personal trainers Zanna Van Dijk and Shona Vertue will continually shock your body with change and surprise at every set. With a killer RnB playlist to set the tempo and sculpt your body to, this energetic session is sure to be electrifying!
TAMEKA SMALL VS JULIE MONTAGU
Tearing it up with a fusion of HIIT and Yoga, international yoga teacher Julie Montagu and NTC trainer Tameka Small will be hitting the Main Collision Stage at Balance Festival. This unlikely pairing of Vinyasa flow and martial arts-inspired HIIT training will home in on endurance, strength, balance, posture and focus, complimenting all aspects of physical capability. Move and breathe to a banging bass-line, using music to motivate to exceed all expectation.

Equinox are combining their signature Firestarter class with Power Pilates for an exclusive 50-minute collision-style class only at Balance Festival. The expert Equinox team will work your cardio, core, speed and conditioning in this epic class experience; so you’ll leave feeling stronger, leaner and energised for the festival.
