Recipe: Raspberry Chai Smoothie

Say goodbye to your standard green smoothie, because this chai-flavoured, fruit-packed, high-protein, raspberry-based bowl of goodness is about to become your new go-to!
Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas
160g raspberries
½ tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp cardamom
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
2 tbsp almond butter
40g vanilla protein powder
250ml milk
To serve: yoghurt, almond butter, granola
Method:
1. Add all the smoothie ingredients to a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
2. Serve with a dollop of yoghurt, extra almond butter and a sprinkling of granola.
