If you don’t already know about yoga teacher, body positivity advocate and author of Every Body Yoga, Jessamyn Stanley, then you’re missing out. A breath of fresh air on the yoga scene, she’s created a digital studio accessible to anyone and everyone, but particularly those taking their first steps into the world of yoga.
