A Body Forever
An online wellness platform, A Body Forever launched in June and is the brainchild of Amy Brogan, who built it with the intention of creating an online space that allows users to build strong foundations to help them continue to grow and get stronger, instead of offering quick fixes. With a wide range of Pilates and gym-based PT workouts tailored to different needs, plus educational tips and bespoke DJ mixes, A Body Forever
proves that home workouts can last long beyond lockdown.
