Make it Mindful - Green Heart Mojito Recipe
Make the world favourite classic mindful with better ingredients, lower alcohol and a touch of ginger.
If you were lucky enough to join us at Balance Festivsl 2022 as a VIP guest, no doubt you would've slurped your way through La Maison Wellness' delicious range of Mindful Cocktails at The Well bar. 

Seeing as it was such a hit, we thought you'd jump at the chance to bring some of these delicious recipes into your own home. 

Fancy something refreshing, cooling and utterly delicous on these warmer summer's days? The Green Heart Mojito is here! 

THE RECIPE

Ingredients
- 25ml |1oz Aluna Coconut Rum
- 50ml | 2oz Agua De Madre Lemon & Ginger Water Kefir 1.2%ABV
- 50ml | 2oz Double Dutch Ginger Ale
- A squeeze of lime
- 5 mint leaves



Technique
Build
Glass
Highball
Garnish
A sprig of mint

Method
Put the mint leaves in your hand and clap to release the aromas. Add to your glass, pour in the rum & a squeeze of lime. Chuck in the lime wedge and fill with ice. Add the water kefir and ginger ale, then using a bar spoon gently mix the ingredients together. Garnish and enjoy!!
