And that’s a wrap!
Last Saturday 28 January, despite the cold, 100 of you joined us for our very first Balance Urban Tri Training Camp, starting in Primrose Hill and finishing at BOOM Cycle Holborn! Combining HIIT – RUN – SPIN, our first training camp was a multi-discipline workout for everyone – it was high-octane, high-energy and it challenged every muscle group.

Personal Trainers Shona Vertue and Courtney Fearon booted us into shape with an intense 30-minute HIIT session – our Urban Triathletes threw some dynamic moves, tightened their core and perfected Shona’s signature ‘Trump Kick’ (if you were there, you’ll know what this means!)
Next, it was time to pound the city streets, with a 5k run led by Track Mafia. The pace was steady and consistent, because this was just the warm up!
At BOOM Cycle Holborn, our Triathletes faced their final challenge: a 30-minute, supercharged spinning class set to motivating beats that just kept us going.
Our first ever Balance Urban Tri Training Camp raised nearly £1,000 for Project Waterfall. Not bad for a Saturday morning!
