If there's a recipe that almost needs no introduction, it's this: Peanut Butter Overnight Oats. Here's how to make this deliciously decadent, delightfilly healthy breakfast bowl!
What you'll need:
80g oats
4 tbsp mixed seeds (e.g. chia, hemp, flax, sesame)
360ml milk
2 tbsp peanut butter
To serve:
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp yoghurt
2 kiwis, sliced
10 black berries
1 tbsp pomegranate
1 tbsp chia seeds
Method
1. Stir together the oats, seeds and milk until creamy. Add the peanut butter and stir again.
2. Leave in an airtight container in the fridge overnight to thicken.
3. Before serving, stir the oats through and pour into glass jars, layered with peanut butter and topped with yoghurt, kiwi, blackberries, pomegranate and some chia seeds.
4. Enjoy!
