With Spring near on the horizon, it's time to put cool and refreshing smoothie bowls back on the menu. Blending your breakfast is a great way to kick-start your morning with hoards of nutrients that will fuel and energise you through the day and so our awesome friends at Rebel Kitchen have created this beet and raspberry smoothie bowl recipe featuring their delicious organic coconut water for you to try at home.
Packed with electrolytes to hydrate and replenish, this is the perfect post-workout meal or mid-morning pick-me-up!
- 100 ml Rebel Kitchen organic coconut water,
- 1 frozen banana,
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ beetroot
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp acai (optional)
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until creamy.
2. Top with your favourite granola and topping mix.
3. Dig in!
