We’ve been raving about our stellar fitness line-up
for a while now, so you’d be forgiven for thinking Balance Festival is a fitness event. But now it’s time to highlight another equally important element of our event programme, the FOOD.
Let’s start by promising you, we are BIG foodies. With a background in hospitality events
, good food and drink are part of our DNA, and for that reason, rest assured you will not go hungry over Balance Festival weekend.
Balance Festival is a celebration of the most delicious, wholesome and nourishing foods that London has to offer (and the people behind them). From the Balanced Kitchen, to the Refuel Café, the Food Market, Live Cooking Theatre and our Inspiration LAB, expect to be inspired, educated, but most importantly, well fed.
Your biggest problem at Balance Festival will be choosing what to eat first, but we think this is a good problem to have. The mouth-wateringly nutritious menus of our Balanced Kitchen have been designed by some of London’s best chefs and healthy restaurants.
