WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A STANDARD TICKET?
A standard ticket gives you admission to the festival, access to our workshops, talks and cooking demos as well as over 150+ food, fitness, wellness and travel brands exhibiting at the event. You will also be given a limited edition Balance tote bag.
You are able to book classes on the Balance fitness programme which runs across the whole three-day festival.
IS THERE A DIFFERENCE FRIDAY AND THE WEEKEND?
Friday 10th May (from 10am-4pm) is a dedicated trade session, offering industry-focused talks, workshops and experiences as well as the Health and Wellness Summit.
Our first Consumer session will begin on Friday 10th May from 5pm-8pm, and will continue on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th with the early session running from 10am-3pm, and the late session running from 2pm-7pm.
The Balance fitness programme will run across the whole three-day festival.
CAN I BUY TICKETS ON THE DOOR?
Yes, you can providing the event is not sold out. Standard tickets will be £35 on the door and VIP tickets will be £55.
CAN I BOOK MORE WORKOUTS AT A LATER STAGE IF I’VE ALREADY BOUGHT A TICKET?
Yes, you can log-in and manage your booking at any time to add workouts to your schedule.
CAN I BOOK TICKETS AND WORKOUTS FOR MY FRIENDS?
Yes, you can buy tickets and book workouts for up to 6 people at a time.
CAN I COME TO BALANCE IF I’M UNDER 16 YEARS OLD?
Most definitely, although we ask that anyone under the age of 16 is accompanied by an adult.
WILL THERE BE SHOWERS AND CHANGING ROOMS?
There will be no showers at the event, however there will be changing rooms.
IS THE SITE WHEELCHAIR-ACCESSIBLE?
The facility does have elevators to access all floors of the building. Should you require disabled access, please inform a member of our front of house team.
CAN I BRING FOOD/DRINK?
Balance Festival will attract some of the best food and drink vendors across the wellness industry who will be giving out samples, plus there will be plenty of meals available to purchase on site. Therefore, you will not able to bring food and drink into the festival with you.
WILL THERE BE PHOTOGRAPHY/FILMING?
Yes. All official photographers and film crew will have identification.
Photography, video, audio recording and children
The safeguarding of children is our first priority when using recorded content. We adhere closely to the NSPCC’s guidelines on the use of images and video online, taking special care to protect a child’s privacy and never identify children by name unless we have specific permission to do so.
Public photography and video filming
We're sure you will understand that we wish to protect the integrity of the festival and exhibitors. If you're going to take pictures or film with a video camera or a mobile phone camera you need to follow some common sense rules. In essence you are free to record your own visit to the festival for your own personal home use. You will not be able to sell any photos or moving images of the festival for commercial or other gain. Please respect the privacy of other festival attendees who may not want to be filmed. Please don't bring any professional equipment with you and please be aware of health and safety issues.
WILL THERE BE A CLOAKROOM?
There will not be a cloakroom, therefore make sure you look after any items that you bring into the venue, it's your responsibility; the organisers and venue management team cannot take responsibility for loss or theft.
WILL THERE BE LOCKERS?
There will not be lockable lockers in the changing rooms, but a dedicated shelving unit will be at your disposal in each of the fitness studios where you can leave your personal belongings whilst taking part in a workout. Please note the organisers, partner studios and venue management team cannot take responsibility for loss or theft.
WHAT ABOUT SECURITY?
For your safety every festival zone will have a dedicated Security Guard. If you see any problems or incidents, please report them to security staff or the police.
CAN I EXCHANGE/REFUND MY TICKET?
Unfortunately, we operate a no refund, no exchange policy. These terms and conditions are displayed on our booking page at the time of purchase.
