In this 30 minute session you will complete a challenging lower body circuit that will get your heart rate up and get your glutes burning, but will leave you feeling energised and empowered by the end of the workout.
 
PWR finishes with a cool down which is a great way to catch your breath, reflect on a solid sweat session and kickstart the recovery process.
