T10 is an intense 45-minute hybrid functional workout, combining cardio and strength/resistance exercises to provide you with an intense full body workout.

T10 ensures both fast and slow-twitch muscle fibres are pushed to their limits with explosive plyometric movements, agility drills and body weight cardio-accelerators, plus strength-building.

Taking the literal meaning of the word, this class is devised to achieve as much as you can! Working together as a UN1T, the goal is to achieve as many calories burned or reps completed across each set of activities. Strategy, communication and teamwork will be essential - "Train as One".
