Energising Sunrise Flow Zoe Bertali for Refinery E9 An energising flow of postures to awaken the body, mind and soul, including some twists and delicious deep stretches. Class will finish with a restoring and uplifting relaxation to leave you feeling alert and productive, yet still calm and peaceful. There's no such thing as a "Morning Meltdown," Let's open the hips and get happy - it's all downhill to Friday from here!

Yin Yoga x Balance Jessica Stewart for 3Tribes A deliciously deep and mindful practice in which floor-based postures are held for 3-5 minutes. This allows the body to slowly stretch and unwind. Knots in muscle fibres may be released, helping energy flow freely throughout the body. You might find yourself feeling ‘lifted’ and ‘light’ after a Yin Yoga class. By staying we can enable stillness to arrive in the physical body.

Flow Yoga Yoga with Olivia for 3Tribes Vinyasa Flow yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by the breath. This class moves from pose to pose with each held for no more than a few breaths. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends with opportunity for inversions.  All levels with some yoga experience are welcome to join this upbeat practice in finding one's state of flow!

Yoga Sonara Lotte Bowser Come and sample a new immersive wellness experience, combining yoga and movement with deep house and melodic techno from around the globe. Expect to hear exotic grooves, tribal percussion and world vocals, as you are guided through an invigorating exploration of yoga and movement both on and around your mat. All levels are welcome and sparkly attire is encouraged!

Yoga Fit Flow Zoe Bertali for Refinery E9 This class will connect mind and body by creating a moving meditation along with a more cardio focused workout. Featuring strength training drills it will aid your regular yoga practice, by working the correct muscles to get you into some of the more tricky poses.  You'll be challenged by moving non-stop but energised by connecting your breath to your movements. Yoga is not all about achieving postures but feeling strengthened and cleansed in body and mind.  You'll step away from your mat feeling great and totally re-centred.

FRAME Presents: Elton John Yin + Yang Andy Kobelinsky Celebrate both the Yin & Yang elements of yoga to the sound of the legend that is Elton John. You'll start with a dynamic flow to energise the body (ref. standing balances to "I'm Still Standing") before moving into the Yin section to calm both the mind and release any tension in the body (ref. shoulder stand to "Rocket Man") Leave feeling pumped and ready for an incredible day at Balance.

Inversions Marc Hatvani Join Marc Hatvani for an action packed practice that will get you upside down! With techniques and fun transitions, you’ll get a chance learn, try and fly. Arm balances & handstands a planty.

Slow The Flow Annie Clarke Sometimes a yoga class moves so quickly that we miss the whole point while trying to keep up. In this class, we will be slowing things down to create really conscious transitions to stretch, strengthen and get connected to body, mind and breath. Don't be put off by the speed, there is a lot of strength to be found in the subtlety of softness.

Learning To Fly Chris Magee Join Chris Magee to learn the tools & techniques to get upside down in your yoga practice. Wanna learn how to crow? or forearm stand? This session will focus on understanding the details for inversions. All levels welcome, come ready to play, come ready to fly!

This intuitive flowing practice asks for your full attention through both challenging movement and complete stillness. Once your body has woken up, we'll move into an energising Slow Flow (nothing too intense, it is Sunday morning after all) with an emphasis on heart openers. Arm Balance Workshop Clare Walters Find stability in your inversions. This class is designed to teach you how to do arm-balances with mindfulness and ease, guiding you to understand the essential actions and movements. Suitable for those with an existing yoga practice and a willingness to play!

Finding Float Patrick Beach & KeVita Learn to glide through your practice with lightness as we break down how to activate mid-line of your body in the full breath of Asana. Using efficient alignment principles and newly found core awareness we will play with a variety of arm balances and honing in on the ever important transitions between postures.
