Boys VS Girls Yoga Michael James Wong, Chris Magee, Marc Hatvani, Charlotte Holmes, Sarah Malcom, Natalie Bojanic Back by popular demand, the BOYS and GIRLS are back, and this year it’s going to be even better.  So drop everything and join this epic yoga session on the main stage where we’ll all come together for an action packed class that will move you on the mat. This class is open to all, boys and girls alike, and you’ll get a chance to practice with some of the most sought after teachers in town.

PWR Session Kelsey Wells Inspired by Kelsey’s renowned PWR (short for Power) workout program featured in the number one health and fitness app - Sweat, during this 45 minute session Kelsey will take you through a challenging full body workout that will get your heart rate up and get your glutes burning, but will leave you feeling energised and empowered. Kelsey’s PWR sessions are designed to help build lean muscle and increase your overall strength.

Holistic Retreat GymBox Unwind in Gymbox’s newest addition to the summer timetable, launching exclusively at Balance festival.

Be A Badass Zanna VS Jamie A 25 minute workout guaranteed to make you feel strong and powerful. Combining body weight HIIT training with martial arts movements, you'll not only have a fun workout but push your body to the next level.

Stay Sassy Healthy Chef Steph A 40 minute workshop creating a safe place for you to feel sexy and sassy! You will have to opportunity to learn a short dance routine to channel your inner Beyonce, move to the music and to raise your heart rate and your confidence levels! - Heels optional.

Core Challenge Carly Rowena When people hear core, they typically think of their abs. But my core workout is more than just abs; it's our entire body. And we're gonna have a blast working this out together! Who's up for the challenge?

The SBW Balance Festival Our Serotonin Boosting Workout will flex, flow and flood your body with feel-good endorphins during this 25 minute full-body class. Exclusive to Balance, it's designed to trigger the release of your body's natural happy hormones so you finish feeling phenomenal.

Strong30 Zumba® A HIIT workout that combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, pushing you to make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. Burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes!

Firestarter Equinox A class that is strategically engineered to lift and shape your hottest asset. Fire up your glutes, build strength and definition, and get powerful. Waist-whittling exercises are also integrated to further accentuate your new rearview.

Notorious LDN Jamie Ray, Waz Ashayer, Charlie Peters Striving to help people be the best they can be through a multi discipline workout from stand up striking, strength & conditioning to high intensity cardio.
It is a full body workout which requires you to be apart of a team. Working together enables every participant to reach individual highs, that you never thought were possible.

Another Space Presents HIIT 2 Yoga If you really want to feel the burn and find your strength, get down to The Main Stage for our HIIT 2 Yoga Mashup, where two disciplines come together to challenge yourself mentally and physically. Combining unique cardio exercises & stand up shadowboxing combos followed by a deep, unwinding vinyasa flow to finish on an ultimate high.

Come Train With Us! Zanna V.S. Steph Come and train with us! We have put together a savage 25 minute class where we’ll promise to have fun and make you giggle so much that you won’t even realise you’re exercising! We want to prove to you that moving your body should be fun and not seen as a chore!
